Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: The sun rises over the north side of Mt. Othris at Central Hellas. The snowstorm that struck the region created a magnificent landscape covered in snow and ice. The temprature is maintained at 0 *C after the low -11 *C during the night. The traffic on main line is normal with the classic delays. ADtranz DE2000 locomotives, once again have to cross the mountains under these difficult cercumstances. The problems that took place on the first day of the sorm have now been overcomed and the system seems to operate properly. No other train run during the day, only the snowplowing locos based at Lianokladi/ However, we weren't so lucky to catch a snowplowing procedure up to Domokos area.
