Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Time-lapse imaging of a U2OS cell plated on stimulatory anti–β1 integrin mAb. Cells were transfected with GFP–ensconsin microtubule-binding domain and Lifeact–RFP. GFP channel only is shown with inverted contrast. Time interval between acquired frames was 10 s.
