Description
English: Morphological changes and movement of cells in the absence of MVs (a negative control). Time-lapse observation of a monolayer of Ca9.22 cells was monitored in EBSS in the absence of MVs. Images were taken at 30 sec/frame for 30 min. The constructed time-lapse images are shown at 100 msec/frame (300 times the original speed). The width of the image is 170 µm.
