This file unit contains the product registration application, receipt of registration, label samples, and other relevant documents for Pain Tone submitted by United Distributors, Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky. The product is a liniment used to relieve pain from rheumatism, inflammation, sprains, bruises, and other ailments. The application was amended to substitute "liniment" for "medicinal preparation" to make the description of goods agree with the specimens. The blue and orange label includes product information and directions for use.
