| Description | 12月30日，深圳市盐田区人民法院对邓棨然等10人组织偷越边境、偷越边境案公开宣判，以组织他人偷越边境罪判处邓棨然有期徒刑三年，并处罚金人民币二万元，判处乔映瑜有期徒刑二年，并处罚金人民币一万五千元；以偷越边境罪判处郑子豪、严文谦、张铭裕、张俊富、黄伟然、李子贤、李宇轩、郭子麟有期徒刑七个月，并处罚金人民币一万元。经过依法审查、不公开听证，深圳市盐田区人民检察院对自愿认罪认罚的未成年人黄某某、犯罪时未成年的廖某某，以偷越边境罪做出不起诉决定。当天上午11时许，该两名未成年人在深圳湾口岸移交香港警方，此后送至天水围警署。 |
