Built as a private residence in 1916, the Beaux-Arts style building is designated as a contributing property to the Sixteenth Street Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Former occupants include Citizens for a Sound Economy, the Nicaraguan embassy, William H. Morris, Jr., Brigadier General Palmer E. Pierce, and Emiliano Chamorro Vargas. |
