中文：金庸，原名查良镛，是中国知名的武侠小说作家，他的武侠小说为电影、电视、电台广播、舞台剧，以至潮流电玩和各类文创产品提供无穷无尽的素材，对香港过去数十年流行文化的发展，有着巨大的贡献。但这位“大侠”其实还有一个身份，就是媒体人。他曾经在《大公报》工作，后来又创办了《明报》。2024年3月10日是金庸诞辰100周年，近日，曾在他所创办的《明报月刊》担任总编辑兼总经理的潘耀明接受了中新社专访，讲述了金庸作为报人的一些故事。他告诉记者，金庸办报很有想法。他广泛网罗了包括潘耀明在内的许多专业人士，给出了很高的待遇。对这些人才给予信任的同时，他对于工作细节也十分仔细。将《明报》从一个小报办到一个文化品牌。潘耀明认为，金庸是成功的报人、成功的企业家、成功的作家，他视野开阔，留给我们很多珍贵的办报理念、企业管理经验，值得我们好好学习、好好理解。 |
