Русский: Пост Рамадан учит анализировать свои мысли и жить осознанно, говорит Муфтий Москвы. Особенно сейчас во время коронавируса. Но в спячке проводить пост и облегчать его таким образом, Ильдар Аляутдинов не рекомендует.

Муфтий Москвы о правилах благотворительности, любимой Бабушке, сильной Маме, о том, что обесценивает Пост, почему сейчас популярны коучи и многом другом!
