It starts out like it's going to be a dainty piece but develops into a pretty decent march. S.R. Henry, pseudonym for Henry R. Stern, was fairly active as a composer during a twenty year period and wrote some good stuff. His brother was the publisher Joseph W. Stern, who published this march in New York City in 1904. Original score souirce was from the University of Maine Parlor Salon Sheet Music Collection at this link: https://digitalcommons.library.umaine.edu/mmb-ps/1023/ This is a reproduction of the original score.
