Imago Romaniae

Found a great new site with old images from the National Museum of Romanian History: http://www.imagoromaniae.ro. Worth bringing to Commons as the license seems to allow it. --Codrin.B (talk) 18:17, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

The license is not good enough, because it does not allow commercial use. It says that reproducing the materials is authorized only for scientific and informational purposes. Razvan Socol (talk) 06:24, 4 October 2012 (UTC)

But at the same time, the majority of them are public domain given their age, so I can't see why {{PD-old}} or {{PD-RO-1956}} wouldn't apply.--Codrin.B (talk) 07:56, 4 October 2012 (UTC)

Need photo from Constanta

The building seems to be built after WWII, so it is probably still under copyright, because in Romania there is no Freedom of Panorama. Razvan Socol (talk) 05:19, 8 October 2012 (UTC)

I can investigate the FOP information in relation to the building, but I could still use the photo, and it could be used say on dewiki where such photos are allowed (and other such projects). Cheers, russavia (talk) 07:59, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
