- I obviously don't understand your question. EVERY featured picture promoted during 2009 is listed in the galleries. These are all the contestants for POTY. If that does not answer your question, please can you clarify what you mean by contestants? 99of9 (talk) 02:11, 14 May 2010 (UTC)

Hi, is it intended that some pictures (at least File:Epitonium scalare shell.jpg) appear in several galleries? (Commons:Picture of the Year/2009/Galleries/Other animals/2 and Commons:Picture of the Year/2009/Galleries/Objects/1) --Eusebius (talk) 08:15, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
