Well, I disagree about the deletion of "Category:Girlfriends of wikimedians". The justification (out of project scope, and concepts depicted independent of who the people are) is ok for the subcats, but most of the photos in the root category weren't depicting anything in particular except the wikimedians with their girfriends, or their girldfriends alone. See for example:

Also, I don't agree to the way an administrator closed a discussion with only two (and somewhat opposing) views... and in the day after the discussion was started, and being unsure about one of the categories! I think the root category (Girlfriends of wikimedians) should be restored and the files mentioned above (re)added to it. Otherwise, this would set a precedent to delete also Category:Wikimedians... --Waldir talk 22:24, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think that anyone want to delete a normal private shot like Dany's and Julianas portrait. There's no reason for. --Herrick (talk) 07:20, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
