Commons:Wikidata
Wikidata është një projekt i Wikimedia-s për të krijuar një bazë të dhënash të hapur dhe bashkëpunuese. Ky projekt është për të dhënat ashtu siç është Wikimedia Commons për skedarët mediatik: ai centralizon aksesin dhe menaxhimin e të dhënave të strukturuara, siç janë referencat interwiki dhe informacionin statistikor. Wikidata përmban të dhëna në të gjitha gjuhët për të cilat ekzistojnë projektet e Wikimedia-s. Është gjithashtu i vendosur në Commons Wikimedia (që nga shtatori 2013).

Wikimedia Commons në Wikidata
Informacioni mbi Commons ruhet në Wikidata në dy forma: si 'sitelinks' ', dhe si 'tipare' për artikujt.
Lidhjet e faqes
Sitelinks identifikojnë një mapping 1-to-1 midis faqeve Wiki dhe artikujve në Wikidata. Ato shtohen dhe redaktohen në anën e djathtë (ekran të madh) ose pjesën e poshtme (ekran të ngushtë) të faqes Wikidata për një artikull.
Vetëm galeritë e Commons dhe kategoritë e Commons duhet të lidhen me sitelink nga artikujt Wikidata.
Tiparet
Mënyra tjetër që informacioni në lidhje me Commons është ruajtur në Wikidata është përmes deklaratave, të cilat mund të lexohen nga shabllonet dhe programet që qasen në Wikidata.
