Question It's supposed to involve suction (vacuum), right? from the exterior to the interior of the cylinder? How can it be represented? It is currently not obvious at all, although it seems to be a key part of the process. --Eusebius (talk) 22:01, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're right. I modified the image (I added some arrows) to explicit this fact. --Aushulz (talk) 01:44, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I think it would be more valuable if there was at least one "suction" arrow in the lower part, since it is there that it is most important for the process. I'm sorry to bring the issues one by one, but I also think it would be nice to show in some way that it is the liquid in the "filtration zone" that is being filtered. Maybe by showing particles, in the colour of the solid product, in suspension in the liquid? --Eusebius (talk) 09:02, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Good ideas. Done. --Aushulz (talk) 17:21, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Do you mean to create more specific subcategories of Category:Filtration?
Yes, I think various filtration technique categories would be nice, if you have the knowledge. --Eusebius (talk) 11:54, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I added it on my to-do list. --Aushulz (talk) 00:32, 26 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
