Reason	There are many images in this category, but most of them show Golden temple with additional surrounding structures/infrastructure. Other good images have people in front and temple on the back. In current category about the building of a temple itself I believe this image better represents it's architecture (in resolution and size) than others that are present. -- Oleg Yunakov (talk)

The category that the image was chosen to be nominated in exists in Wiki and is named: "Category:2010 in India". If one will read the description of the category it says: "Images/pictures taken in India in 2010 and sorted by month they were taken". This doesn't mean that the image must have an event or celebration that occurred in 2010 and is unique to 2010. All it says is that it must meet the following condition: "pictures taken in India in 2010". Upon check of the date of the picture and my confirmation that the date on the picture is valid I believe that the image does indeed answers the criteria that it was nominated for.
