Weak support I think it just meets the VI criteria. My biggest concern in the relevance of the scope which is the town hall in a town with a population of about 300 people. Does that mean we will accept town halls from any minor town in the world? Hmm.. Not always, I would say, but in this case I think it is OK. The building itself seems to be "above average", and the fact that the image is in fact already used in four different language Wikipedia seems to underline its value. It would be nice if you would add a heading to the geocode. That gives a nice pointer on Google maps/Google earth.
