 Comment Given multiple images of the same topic, the scope becomes a determining factor. For a statue, I think two views probably matter the most: its context, and its detail. This to me is the best in relation to context because it shows the statue in an urban square, from the front, and without unnecessary background people, although the verticals could benefit from correction. @Spurzem: Re scope: You have nominated another "view from southwest", but a close-up; so we have different images sharing a scope (barring minor wording differences). As for the verticals, the upper part of the building appears to me to lean outwards. Perhaps it does. ShiftN tells me it could do with minor angle and perspective correction, but so small as to make no appreciable difference, so that is no longer a major consideration, and I withdraw it.
