Substituted template
While reviewing some Tasnim News Agency images, I noticed an editor was not substituting the {{Tasnim}} template as suggested by the template page: {{subst:Tasnim/subst}} as opposed to using it directly like this {{Tasnim/subst}}. However, the user tells me the UploadWizard gives an error saying the wikitext is invalid. See this discussion User talk:GTVM92#.7B.7BTasnim.2Fsubst.7D.7D. It's a pain as the reviewing script does not recognise {{Tasnim/subst}} even with the {{LicenseReview}} template, so the subst has to be manually. Is it possible to fix this issue?
