JPEG artifacts. →AzaToth 16:24, 30 June 2012 (UTC)Gotten totally soft reading The Photographer's relpy below, su I must support this one. →AzaToth 12:44, 1 July 2012 (UTC) - Neutral Quality and light not supergood. Good pose and composition. Personally I think hummingbirds very hard to photograph. I hunted this for days with less good results. I am also impressed that the photo is taken with a Canon Powershot, and not some fancy DSLR with a monster zoom lens. --Slaunger (talk) 22:00, 30 June 2012 (UTC)
- My camera has a 35x zoom, however, this photo was taken very close. I spent several hours camouflaged in the foliage. The bird began to watch me watching but did not understand and leave me to take that photo. I live in a third world country, previously had a $ 34 camera, however, I gathered for 9 months to buy this camera, that way to upload good quality photos to commons, however, is not enough. Buy this camera living in a third world country like Venezuela gathering means 9 months 70% of salary, if this image is not elected, I will dedicate to draw instead of taking pictures, it is simply impossible to buy a DSLR camera for a person who lives here. There should be some program to help people like me who live and love the pictures with free licenses.--The Photographer (talk) 03:01, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
- Support The resolution is minimum, but the composition is good. Yann (talk) 17:03, 1 July 2012 (UTC)

- Support per AzaToth. There is no meaning to measure every contributor/contributions with the same scale. Jkadavoor (talk) 06:47, 2 July 2012 (UTC)

- Oppose As Slaunger. Hummingbirds are indeed hard to snap, but the result is what counts. This one narrowly fails my FP quality assessment criteria. B.p. 09:04, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
