Proper categorization Suburbs are a distinct settlement form. The distinctiveness is most visible from the air. Any settlement can be presented as a "neighborhood" if the image is at street level. I suggest that comprehensive images of the suburban form, or images intended to show the difference between a suburb and a city or a suburb and open land, be in the category.
