Possible split category?

Hello all. There's also a category under the location Category:Social networking services that lists sites such as Facebook, while this category lists examples including TikTok. Is there a difference I'm unaware of? This one also is missing an infobox so I figured I'd ask. TIA Corqe (talk) 15:22, 1 November 2022 (UTC)
