The federal state of Germany "Sachsen" has its official name in German and as the article Sachsen of Wikimedia Commons uses the german name, so should do this Category of Wikimedia Commons (having redirections from the English and other translations of the name to Category:Sachsen).
Should it be Category:Sachsen according to the name of the state or has it to be Category:Saxony according to its English translation?
There is a discussion about this (partly in German) on the page Category_talk:Hesse.
