Hello! I own 4 postcards issued by 'Verlag für allgemeines Wissen Berlin W. 9.' showing rare views of two small settlements from Dobrudja, Romania (namely 2 from Babadag town and 2 from Jurilovca village). The postcards are not dated but were printed during the World War I (about 1917-1918 actually) when that region was occupied by German and Bulgarian armies. There is also no indication of photographer name, only a 4-digits number assigned to each postcard. I want to know if it's possible to open a new publisher entry here at 'Postcards by publisher' with this German publisher. Not sure about licensing either...Thank you!
