Builder of Parsons Bell Tower

I see no mention of who the builder(s) of the bell Tower were. I am the great grandson of William Walter Keister of Romney West Va. I was told that He and my grandfather Hubert Marshall Keister constructed this monument as well as a lot of roadside water fountains that were commissioned by the state 173.80.61.247 17:57, 23 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
