General License Problem?

Deutsch: Das MVG-Museum sagt in seinem Netzauftritt [1]: „Das Fotografieren und Filmen für private Zwecke und ohne Stativ ist gestattet … Für gewerbliche Aufnahmen ist eine schriftliche Foto- und Drehgenehmigung notwendig.“ Viele der Aufnahmen in dieser Kategorie haben keinen Hinweis auf eine solche Genehmigung und müssen daher möglicherweise gelöscht werden. Wikimedia-Commons kann eine Einschränkung auf „private Zwecke“ nicht akzeptieren.

English: The MVG-Museum says on its website: "Taking pictures or motion pictures for private purposes and without a tripod is permitted … For commercial pictures a written permit is required." (my translation). Many pictures in this category do not mention such a permit, so they may have to be deleted. Wikimedia Commons cannot accept a restriction on "private purposes".

Esperanto: La MVG-muzeo diras en sia retejo : „Fotado kaj filmado por privataj celoj kaj sen stativo estas permesata … Por komercaj registraĵoj necesas skriba permeso.“ (mia traduko) Multaj fotoj en ĉi tiu kategorio ne mencias tian permeson kaj tial eble estas forigenda. La Komunejo ne akceptas restrikton al „privataj celoj“.
