I think there should be a Category:People with Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross for photos of people wearing it, being both a sub-category of this one here and of Category:People with Iron Cross (1939). Of course, this category would overlap with Category:Recipients of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, which shows any related photo to persons who had received the Knight's Cross.
