All depictions of gods and godesses are art[edit]

I don't understand this category. Apart from possibly some old texts, all depictions of deities are art: paintings, drawings, sculptures. Why set some of them apart in an 'in art' category? --Judithcomm (talk) 12:09, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
