First deletion of category in the context of the deletion requests Image:Karl Popper.svg

 

This image was deleted in 2007 after my own request to do so, because it could be considered derived work. In the meantime, on 3 November 2009, the original picture was released on commons, see File:Karl Popper2.jpg.

Now I uploaded this image again, after I noticed this kind of works does get used in real life, see for example in the article "Heymans’ objectiviteitsethiek" at the kb.nl. (online) another image from the same series.

Listing of drawings by Marcel Douwe Dekker

Overview of drawings by Marcel Douwe Dekker from the 1980s into the 1990s and ongoing. What started with early design drawings and some scared sketches of portraits, evolved a little in the late 1980s with an drawing course at the Vrije Academy in Rotterdam. When the plan came up to apply for the art academy model drawing skills were a requirement, and an other course was taken. At the academy in the first year with lessons by Ton van Dalen those skill where enhanced to a semi-professonal level, which required regular practice to maintain.

Earliest individual works from the 1980s

From the earliest works a few drawings and series are left, both artistic and technical drawings. They will be listed in chronological order.
