There is a tag added by User:Discasto claiming that the works of Baixeras are not in public domain. Could he (or anybody) provide a citation of the relevant Spanish law? From what I can gather, it is Life + 70 years, like the rest of the EU, not Life + 80 as Dicasto inserted in the tag. As Baixeras died in 1943, that is 76 years ago. Could you (or anybody) go to the appropriate reference (i.e. Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Spain)? Not that complex, isn't it? BTW, it reads in the following way: However, works of authors who died before 7 December 1987 (or were published before that date, in case of anonymous works) are dealt with by the 1879 law, which sets a protection time of 80 years post mortem auctoris.
