Duplicates the category "Category:River Taff crossings", created the previous year. It might be necessary if there were crossings of the River Taff that are not bridges, but as far as I'm aware there are none. Blythwood (talk) 00:43, 2 February 2020 (UTC)
- Haven't you nominated the wrong category for discussion? If there are no crossings that aren't bridges (there aren't), then Category:River Taff crossings should be merged here. If I'd noticed the pre-existing category at the time, I probably should have nominated it for rename, there don't seem to be many 'River crossings' categories on Commons. - Agreed. Unless we're likely to have pictures of Category:Ferries or Category:Overhead power line crossings of rivers across the River Taff, sticking with the bridges category makes more sense. - Themightyquill (talk) 12:41, 2 February 2020 (UTC)
