English: Yi syllables are subcategorized here by their actual phonologic final vowel and tone (higher tones before lower tones), and then by their phonologic initial consonant, not by their standard Sichuan Yi Piniyn romanization (which may need Latin digrams or trigrams to note distinctive vowels with a rounding modification and/or different tone of the vowel). So, for example, the final "IT" [e̝̋] is distinct from "I" [ē̝] but is sorted before it).
