English: Headquarters of the World Trade Organization (WTO) since 1995. This building was since 1926 the headquarters of the International Labour Organization (ILO), which moved in 1975 to Petit-Saconnex. Since 1977, it was occupied by the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the library of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (then Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement IHEID).
Français : Siège de l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC) depuis 1995. Ce bâtiment a abrité dès 1926 le siège de l'Organisation internationale du travail (OIT), qui s'est déplacé en 1975 au Petit-Saconnex. Dès 1977, le Centre William-Rappard a été occupé par le secrétariat de l'Accord général sur les tarifs douaniers et le commerce (GATT), le Haut Commissariat des Nations unies pour les réfugiés (UNHCR), et la bibliothèque de l'Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement (IHEID).
