English: The name of this model appears on the reverse of shot n. 0269, "Ettore" possibly being a nickname referencing the virile hero in Homer's Ilyad. He is a young adult and is only posed half-naked, crowned in laurel wreath as an ancient poet. He belongs in the earlier photos, and he only posed once, so he might have been from Naples or Rome rather than from Taormina.
