This Wikimedia Category portal is dedicated to Wiki Loves Food, a food photo hunting game organized by Wikimedia Hong Kong in Chapters Villiage

Wiki Loves Food: Eat as Hongkongers Eat[edit]

There's a trendy saying in Hong Kong: "相機先吃", "Let the camera eat first". It describes how HKers behave before they eat: take a picture of the food.

So we designed a small game, to help you to immerse into HK custom.

Task[edit]

You will be given 5 signature dishes/snacks of Hong Kong. Take one photo of each of them, then upload to Wikimedia commons within Category:Wikimania 2013/Wiki Loves Food. Come back to show your photos to us. If you are the first 10 who get all 5 correctly, you will get a prize.

Additional rules[edit]

1. All photos must be taken & uploaded to Wikimedia Commons during the conference dates (9–11 August), and before the deadline of everything: 1300 HKT 11 August.
2. Participants shall not be Hong Kong Residents or Cantonese Speakers
