Die zweigeschossige Villa Herpich in Potsdam-Babelsberg, Kaiserstraße (heute: Karl-Marx-Straße 27) wurde 1910/1911 von dem schwedischen Architekten Alfred Grenander für Paul Herpich entworfen. Vom 17. Juli bis 2. August 1945 wohnte hier während der Potsdamer Konferenz der sowjetische Regierungschef Josef Stalin.
Villa Herpich was the villa of Josef Stalin at the conference of Potsdam, 1945. Villa Herpich was built in 1910/11 by Alfred Grenander.
