English: The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is a mixed-use area incorporating the Victoria Basin and the Alfred Basin of the original Cape Town harbour, as well as the V&A Waterfront Marina, within the Port of Cape Town. Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) controls Jetty 1 at the end of Quay 5, the Robinson Dry Dock and the Synchrolift located within this area, while the rest of the area is owned and managed by the V&A Waterfront group of companies. Local fishing vessels and leisure boats make use of the V&A Waterfront harbour facilities.
