English: The Vegreville Pysanka is a giant sculpture of a pysanka, a Ukrainian style Easter egg, in Vegreville, Alberta, Canada. It is the largest pysanka in the world. The work comprises an intricate set of tiled two-dimensional congruent equilateral triangles and star-shaped hexagons fashioned over an aluminium framework. The sculpture was commissioned for the centennial of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
