English: Media related to Utah State Route 69 (1931-1993), a former 18.952-mile (30.500 km) state highway in Box Elder County, Utah, United States, that ran east of and roughly parallel to Interstate 15 and connected Utah State Route 13 in northern Brigham City with Utah State Route 30‎ at Collinston Junction.

Prior to 1977, the route extended east from Collinston Junction to U.S. Route 89/U.S. Route 91 in Logan. However, despite being State Route 69, from 1966 to 1977 this section was signed with the Utah State Route 30 shield and a smaller sign below indicating "SR‑69". The route was renumbered as Utah State Route 38 in 1993 due to pervasive theft of the Utah State Route 69 shield signs.
