English: Thermae Maiores large baths of the Roman military encampment. Excavation which can be regarded as almost complete was carried out from 1981 till 1984, in time of the modernisation of Árpád Bridge. There are almost fifty rooms, shrines and changing rooms of the 15,000 square metres Roman military baths, together with a huge gymnasium attached to the baths, all provided with underfloor heating, have been successfully preserved and put on display. The building complex of the baths is of outstanding significance, even among the Roman monuments of Europe.
