Theatre frieze of a sacrificial scene. It was probably placed over the Porta Regina of the Perge theatre scaenae frons.

Its middle part is 4 meters (the whole structure is in the form of a reversed-U) and was found in two pieces. The right wing was added later. The frieze is 0,92 meters high, 0,46 meters thick. The goddess Tyche is portrayed seated in the middle, holding the idol of Artemis Pergae in her right hand and a horn of plenty in her left. On either side three figures hold a bull each, on the left wing a bull is being sacrificed. As they have individual features it is supposed to represent an historical event. I was informed "The frieze is dated to the end of the 2nd century AD or the beginning of the 3rd century AD. " A frieze like this is rare in Anatolia, and it is well-preserved.
