The Wilbraham at 1 West 30th Street or 284 Fifth Avenue in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1888-90, and designed by David & John Jardine in Romanesque Revival style as "bachelor flats", which were converted to apartments in the mid-1930s.
