English: The Architect Hotel is located at 1012 15th Street NW in downtown Washington, D.C. The buildings was originally known as The Ethelhurst, an apartment building constructed in 1903 and designed by Thomas Franklin Schneider. It was renovated into office space in 1958. The building was added to the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites in 2014 and the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.
