Teville Gate was a large mixed-use development in Worthing, West Sussex, England, filling much of the area between Worthing railway station (north), Broadwater Road (east), Teville Road (south) and Oxford Road (west). It was built in 1972 to the design of Fitzroy Robinson and Partners. Over half the shops were empty by 1997, redevelopment was discussed for many years, and demolition took place between 2018 and 2019 (see here). The development consisted of a large office building, a multi-storey car park, an open shopping parade and other offices (Burfree House) to the south facing Teville Road.
