English: The Telford Bridge is at The Mound, between Golspie and Dornoch, in Sutherland, Scotland. It is at north-east end of The Mound causeway, an embankment running across Loch Fleet. The bridge includes sluice gates, to control flow of sea water. The bridge was built 1815-18, to designs by Thomas Telford, 1815-18, with alterations by Joseph Mitchell in 1837.
