English: The Stephenson Grand Army of the Republic Memorial of Washington, D.C., also known as the Stephenson GAR memorial or Benjamin Franklin Stephenson Memorial, is J. Massey Rhind's 1909 memorial to Benjamin F. Stphenson's 1866 establishment of the Grand Army of the Republic. It sits at the northeast corner of 7th Street N.W. and Pennsylvania Avenue N.W., between The Pennsylvania North and the Temperance Fountain diagonally opposite the National Archives Building (Archives I).
