English: St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church at 27 Duane Street, also known as St. Andrew's Plaza and more recently as Cardinal Hayes Place, off of Foley Square in the Civic Center district of Manhattan, New York City was dedicated in 1939, and was designed by Maginnis & Walsh and Robert J. Reiley. It replaced an earlier church on the same site. The inscription under the pediment ("BEATI QUI AMBULANT IN LEGE DOMINI") means "Blessed are they who walk in the law of the Lord."
