Afrikaans: 'n Monument genaamd "Die Gees van die Plek van die Konings" is in 2003 te Khumbaheuwel opgerig, waarvandaan die omliggende landskap besigtig kan word. As sentrale simbool van vriendskap pryk 'n groot brons bierpot of imbiza op die verhoog. Klein friese aan die sirkelvormige voetstuk verbeeld lewenstonele van Zoeloekonings. Sewe groot dierehorings verteenwoordig die sewe Zoeloekonings wat in die omgewing begrawe is.
English: The "Spirit of the Place of the (Zulu) Kings" monument was erected in 2003 on Khumba hill, which allows vistas of the surrounding countryside. A large bronze beer pot or imbiza, symbolic of friendship, forms the center piece. Small friezes that adorn the base of the circular pedestal, depict scenes from the lives of the Zulu kings. Seven large animal horns represent seven Zulu kings whose graves are in the vicinity.
