The Sohmer Piano Building at 170 Fifth Avenue on the corner of West 22nd Street in the Flatiron District neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1897-98 and was designed by Robert Maynicke in the Beaux-Arts style. The building is located in the Ladies' Mile Historic District. (Source: "NYCLPC Ladies' Mile Historic District Designation Report, volume 1") It was restored in 2002-03 by Bone/Levine, an is now residential condominium apartments.
