English: The Ship Mountains — a desert mountain range in southeastern Southern California.
- The mountain range is located in the south-eastern Mojave Desert bordering the Colorado Desert (a north-western sub-ecoregion within the Sonoran Desert ecoregion). The range is in a region of mostly lower elevation mountain ranges, flat bajada valleys, some salt flats and dune fields, in extreme southeast California bordering Arizona.
The range is adjacent due-east of the townsite of Cadiz, California.
