English: The Seattle Athletic Club designed by John Parkinson and completed in 1893, stood at 1203 1st Avenue, Seattle, Washington, U.S. at the northwest corner of First & Seneca. The entire block was demolished in 1974 for the current condominium tower as part of the Harbor Steps project.
